We make mufflers 

 

Using our years of experience in autoparts production and extensive research, we have continued to improve our mufflers through our inexpensive pricing. Our in-house experienced tool and die makers are capable of making the toolings for any shape or size of mufflers. Yearsago, our addition of CNC machines provide us a fast and the most accurate production of molds and dies in shop floor automation. Material preparing
In order to meet this demand we have put back every cent we earned to improve our quality and increase production. In this period we invented our loc-forming process of internal tubes and mechanical crimping of the baffle assembly. We
Auto Welding developed a weldless looking muffler which reduced production cost and improves the quality by eliminating the rust that forms when the welding process breaks the aluminized coating especially in the 360 degree welding process of end pipes onto the endcaps.
 
Lock-seaming of muffler barrels, crimping of baffles, spun-on endcaps and radial expansion of connectors were developed to outgrow the conventional weldingprocess. Addition of air gap tubing and stainless steel flexible tubing allowed us to produce exact duplicates of very complicated exhaust systems for expensive cars. Computer controlled tube benders helped us duplicate exactly pipe after pipe for OEM exhaust systems.

  • Numerical controlled bending process.

Welding 焊接

  • Welding process are reduced to minimum to avoid destroying the aluminized coating.
  • MIG welding are employed if welding is unavoidable.
